Shipping your package
Packages are shipped within a variable period after receipt of payment (depending on the type of order). They are shipped via GLS, Mondial relais or GEODIS with a tracking number and delivered without signature. Packages may also be sent via TNT Extra with required signature. Please contact us before choosing this method of delivery as it incurs additional costs
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Preparation fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the package. We recommend that you group all your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Box sizes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.
CAUTION: You must open your package and check the goods before signing the carrier's coupon.
If you sign, it will be considered as delivered in good condition and the guarantee on damages will not be charged to the carrier. The return of the goods to our workshop and the repair of the damage will be at your expense
